My research focuses on developing the integrated engineering tools of automation systems along the engineering lifecycle (from conception, design, implementation, the operation to modernization). These engineering tools will cover the three main aspects of automation systems, i.e.
- the engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, and electrical engineering);
- technical processes (e.g., product and process industries);
- embedded systems (e.g., distributed control systems and programmable logic controller).
List of Industrial Projects:
- Retrofit Evaluation of Distributed Control System at Thermal Power Plant
- Development of Verification Methods for PID Tuning in Cement Plant
- FAT Supervision of Automation System at Geothermal Power Plant
- System Identification for Investigation of Control Valve Characteristics
- Development of Supervision Method for Improvement of Plant-wide Control
- Oscillation Diagnosis of Process Variables in Petrochemical Plant
- Review of Instrumentation and Control Specifications in Nuclear Power Plant
- Development of Automation Specifications for Ferronickel Processing Plant
- Design of Coal Mill Simulator for Cement Plant
- Development of Framework for Process Equipment Real-time Simulator
